Drug Dealing Suspect Arrested With Coke, Heroin, Meth, Pills, Pot, Handgun In Atlantic City: PD

A drug dealer allegedly responsible for selling drugs throughout Atlantic County has been arrested, authorities said.

Diogenes Galvez, 19, of Atlantic City, was charged with multiple drug offenses on Wednesday, Sept. 27, according to Atlantic City police.

Detectives of the police department's Special Investigations Section in conjunction with the FBI's Safe Streets Task Force made a warranted search of Galvez' home in the 900 block of Lexington Avenue. 

Detectives arrested Galvez on an outstanding warrant after he left his hoe, police said. 

During a search of the residence, detectives recovered a loaded handgun, more than two pounds of cocaine, more than 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, approximately 770 individual bags of heroin, almost one pound of marijuana, 56 Oxycodone prescription pills, 21 bottles of Promethazine and more than $5,500 cash, police said.

Galvez was sent to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
